An Evening With Family

Jordan and I took Evangeline to go visit my grandparents yesterday.  They hadn't seen her since she was in the hospital, and with my grandfather's deteriorating health (and my grandmother's persistence) we figured it was high time to take her to see them.  My cousin, Ben, was also there with his wife, Niki, and 1 year old son, Luca.  They traveled down from Pittsburgh for another cousin's wedding.  We all had a great time, and Evangeline absolutely adored my grandmother!

Ben treated us to BBQ Ranch (an old family favorite) and then Luca and Evie were able to meet my grandparents' cows!  Evie didn't seem to care too much, but Luca LOVED it!!

It was great to see my grandparents again, and I always love spending time with my "big cousin" Ben and his family.  I think they all really enjoyed seeing Evie, too.  But who can blame them?

In conclusion, family is great, BBQ Ranch is great, and cows are pretty cool, too.
